You can find DISCOUNTED WIndowsXP now. Take a look at retailers like FRYS.COM or other places like COMP-USA. They sold WindowsXP last week for $39 a copy.

If you have a 64-bit chip, then you can get a $39 official licensed copy of Windows xp64 from www.surpluscomputers.com

Go all around your town or city and collect soda and beer cans and cash them in once you have enough go and buy it in a store
P.s. If you live in a state where they have a canning bill you get 5 cents each can other wise you get like 2 cents a can at your local recyclers

Impossible to get a free Windows XP (Not impossible but illegal).
You need a product key to install it.
