DO NOT WATCH tv. That is just ghastly.

I'm sorry you are sick. I have a friend that taught her kids at a very young age never to say they were bored because if they did they had to pull weeds. I had a jar marked "Swear Words & Boredom for my kids and when they sweared or "I'm bored" came out of their mouth, they paid $.25 to the bank. They didn't like giving up their allowance.
I realize your situation is a little different. I've found when I feel yucky and I'm rather pre-occupied with myself. You need to switch gears and think about someone else. Send an email to someone you care about and let them know you are thinking about them. Write a letter to a relative or friend who lives out of town. If you live with someone else, ask them if there some small chore you can do for them while you are sitting in a chair or lying in bed.

Go to Wikipedia (www.wikipedia.com). It's an online encyclopedia where anybody can add information. Basically it's the biggest collection of human knowledge there is. Just go there and start reading about something, and then follow the links in one of the articles you're reading about and it'll bring you to something new. It's actually pretty interesting where you'll end up compared to where you started. Sounds stupid, but it's fun! You'll learn some cool stuff too.

Reading helps a lot if you're into books. I usually take a walk , think for a while about things really far away. Not......Write a song..always fun....! Hey..i know...look on the Internet for the recipe of your favorite cuisine, and try it. Get a friend over if they want to.
AND you can always log onto a chat server and get to know people ..its interesting how much you can find in common with someone you've never seen before!

Watching movies might be boring, but thinking up your own isn't! Try writting a script or short story. If your not into that stuff..... nope nothing is coming to mind, sorry!
