It depends what you want to do with a biochemistry degree. If you have a master's degree you can get a job as a lab assistant, but if you want to do your own research or teach college you will need a PhD.

Contrary to what the others say above, most biochemists are, in fact, semi-literate. I have read their papers.

If you want to work on your own studies, you will probably need a Ph.D.

Good grammar - and spelling do not hurt. Then you get a bachelor's degree in science. As a starting point. Good luck.

At a minimum they require that one can spell education.
