For albumin, all intents and purposes, there should be very little
* For a spot check by dipstick: the normal values are approximately 0 to 8 mg/dl. Normal value ranges may vary slightly among different laboratories.
* For a 24-hour test: the normal value is less than 150 mg per 24 hours.

Direct bilirubin, enough to make your urine yellow --> brown. Bilirubin (Indirect) is not normally found in the urine.

There should not be more than a trace of albumin in the urine (0-8 mg/dL). Proteinuria (albuminuria) is a finding in kidney disease or injury.
