any good car accessory shop should have aerosol cans of acrylic laquer. this should suffice your needs as , as of january this year new regulations in the motor industry say that all car paintwork should now be done in aqua based paint, which has to be oversprayed with clear laquer otherwise weather would severely affect it

Use pepper spray. It will keep those dummies with wet hands away from it!
