No...jellyfish tastes the same, unless of course, the people don't make it very well.
No you can't get different flavors of jellyfish...but I believe you can ask them to make it super spicy

Yes...
but they don't taste like a type of jelly that we are used to eating.
The smaller Atlantic variety which is the most common and cheapest jelly to buy actually tastes somewhat sweet but a little sour also but has an aftertaste like fried pork rinds.
The Giant Man O War jellyfish off the coast of Australia isn't really used for its jelly which is very bitter and tastes like Gin soaked mothballs...not very appetizing.
the best and most expensive comes from the freshwater jelly fish from the south pacific islands...it's jelly is deliciously sweet with a hint of habenero pepper flavor.
Then there is the elusive Golden Antarctian HypnoBrella which is supposedly to live at the south pole...this jellyfish is just a myth but it is said that mere mortal man could not handle the deliciousness of this ones jelly....it was bred only for the Gods of Olympus.

I am sure there are as many flavours of jelly fish,
as there are species of Jelly-fish
Personally i have never had the opportunity to taste one , let alone a variety of them !!!!
I like crab and lobster and prawns and octopus and squid !
But jelly fish i have never been offered :(
