It depends, is it a Spanish style kitchen, or more of a Mexican dessert style. If Spanish you would want red "like the tile roofs," Some dark and light blues, and some nice lime green. Maybe some delicate flowered tiles "which is common of the Mediterranean look." If Mexican, use darker colors, like brick red, reddish brown, and accent that with a golden yellow, maybe even a bit of dark green like a plant.

A nice lime green color would look awesome to accent the orange and yellow. Even some nice plants like Cactus would look wild! You could even look for dinnerware with the spanish theme with the cactus, etc.

Shades of Gold, red, brown, peach, sage. Think desert colors. Try getting some paint chips at the hardware store. This will help a great deal.
