I would not worship a god that would make me choose like that. Since my mother, brother, and dear friend were not Christians I would not want to go to the Christian heaven only to be without them.

Grandparents are already dead, Mom will get in on her own, couldn't care less if Dad gets in, no kids, no spouse, and no siblings. Can I bring my girlfriend?

I'd tell that god to pack sand for even asking me to choose between people I love and would rather go to hell than worship a god that would behave that way.

This is why I'm not a Christian - they follow a god that makes this hypothetical situation believable, i.e. you might get to heaven and God would say, "You can only pick one..."

I would choose my spouse. And not for any more noble reason other than I want to be with him always.

I would chose my spouse, because once both of us are saved, then the children will get in through us. :)

if he made me pick i would deem that as a most cruel act and thus would not enjoy going to heaven to worship such a cruel being.
