you have a lot on your plate right now. some ways to boost your energy is drinking more orange juice, and taking vitamins. Exercising will only drain your energy.. with your school and work load it's obvious you are getting plenty of exercise. try to stay away from snacking also.. eat something healthy when you are on a break. also, take a bath in the evenings when you get home..put some lavendar in it.. also drinking green tea or earl grey tea will help..

hope i've been of some assistance.

Well, dogs should not be eating candy and should be eating more meat- - and I am really impressed that a dog is in college and working for a CPA. But really as you manage to type at all with paws means that I should not be surprised by anything you do.

Anyway, joking aside... The best way to get more energy is to simply move. Work up that willpower and move your ***! I work nights and only get to sleep while my son is in kindergarten (which is not long enough!) but I know that without my daily workout I would be exhausted.

Don't take diet pills or any of that stuff!!!! Exercise seems draining in the beginning, but if you keep a morning routine it becomes energizing. Caffeine is "fake energy", it leads to crashes. Try a natural energy smoothie or energy health bars. Drink more water and try to take naps when possible. Try meditation to clear your mind, stress can be draining and you have a lot going on!

Hi Heather

Firstly make sure your diet is balanced, if you do not eat meat you need to replace your iron intake by eating legumes and even soy products. I eat a lot of soy products like soy milk ,soy margarine and even soy cheese. Also a favourite of mine is chic pease nuts. Also start taking iron tablets. Another great energy vitiin tablet that I used to take when I was at university and even take now is vitimin "B stress tablets", it is all natural and it is a large brown tablet. Just don't take it before going to bed or you won't be able to sleep! Good Luck Heather and keep studying because knowledge is power!

There's these really really good diet pills called Zantrex-3. You can also use them as energy pills, and they work really well. To use them you take one or two if youre not going to be eating for a little bit. To lose weight you take them before eating. They work really well and help to keep me up.

And due to the fact that you dont drink pop, try some caffinated tea or something. GOOD LUCK!

You need to eat a bit of chocolate or something when your energy gets way too low.

I always have ProPlus on me when ive not had much recooperation time they are caffeen tabs and they are a great energy boost, i used to use them when i was working in a call centre as we wernt able to drink redbull or eat chocolate at the desk so tabs were the next best thing!

Good luck hun Hope this helps! xxx

I am assuming you are classifying yourself as a pet, since this is a pet category. Try moving your butt. The more you move around the more energy you have. Sleep as much as you can. See your doctor. You may have type II diabeties
