Just got back from Monterey, California after spending three weeks with relatives. The air quality is terrific there, is this what you are referring to, air quality?

If so, Southern California is so polluted, especially the Los Angeles area. It literally sits in a bowl, having lived there the first 1/3 years of my life. It used to be fairly clean when I was a kid, but now it is horrible, probably one of the top three worst polluted cities in the nation.

The state has so many give away programs for illegals, the health system is costly for those that have insurance, and free for the illegals. The ones that have health insurance question if their quality of care is good, bad, or a crap-shoot. Sad, but it is what it is.

Due to the smog there are more allergies and lung problems. Went to Relay for Life and found that California is above the average for acquiring cancer, especially juvenile leukemia.

If you mean Arnold's proposal to give tax payer funded free health care to illegal aliens, I think he's out of his "friggin" mind and should be recalled.
