I have an ex-girl, we broke up more than a yeah ago. We were those two that met, were sort of friends for 3 yrs than dated a couple of times , off and on. We haven't talked to each since we broke up, but recently I reached out and we've hung out several times. Most of them in group settings. One night she hooked up with a guy, it seems she definitely moved on. But now she still wants to hang out. Does she just want to be friends or is she having feelings for me again?

You really really need to move on, get away from this person. She isn't thinking about you or she would talk to you, and you can't tell the difference between a friendship and relationship with her. Let her go.

If she is still with the guy she is going out with she just wants to be friends, if not she probably liked it when you guys were together ask her out again

Wait a little longer if she starts showing other signs then start wondering but right now it's just hanging out it usually don't mean anything she obviously likes you but maybe not quite that strongly.
