PLEASE someone tell me there is a fast way to get rid of a kink in your neck. It is my only weekend away from my 3 kids(all under 3) DESPERATLY NEED THIS WEEKEND and I cant turn my neck AT ALL!!. We have a big, romantic and fun weekend ahead of us but if my neck is screwed so is our weekend PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!

Tylenol, Advil and a warm washcloth on the neck.

go see a chiropractor, they can crack you neck to make it feel better, and dont worry! it doesnt hurt a bit....
