There are very good ideas here, I will give you one more: add vinegar to your clothes in the last wash, half a cup. Clothes tend to keep the odor. Also, rubbing a lemon is good, but you can try rubbing vinegar directly to your armpit (cotton) and wash. Vinegar will kill all the bacteria and stop the odor. Do it before you shave. Always shave. Keep trying new deodorants, try Dove. Drink more water. Add more vegetables and fruit to your diet. If you can afford it try botox...

I guess you must have really high perspiration, I think maybe you could let a doctor prescribe a special medicated brand of deodorant to help counteract the smell or if you are hesitant about doing this you can try using a mild solution of hydrogen peroxide (3%) that is cheap and can be picked up at the pharmacy. Put a teaspoonful in a glass of water and wash the underarm. If that doesn't work, increase the amount of peroxide.

Since toxic overload may be one of the causes, try taking steam baths or saunas frequently as part of an overall detoxification program.

Anther home made remedy is:
Baking soda Baking soda, the odor-eating standby, can be used instead of deodorant. Just apply the powder to your dry armpits. It will kill bacteria and help absorb perspiration. For more information you can check out this website, its very useful.

Use a lemon if you can't find deodorant that works for you. Maybe you are not using deodorant right. Right after u get out of the shower put it on. Some people put it on when they start sweating and that only makes you smell worse.

Don't put deodorant anymore, I heard they are the main cause of breast cancer, instead cut a lemon and rub it there just like deodorant, you will be surprise of the amazing result!

Just in case , but ........... I presume you do shave under your arms ! LOL
Bacteria grows in hair like crazy . Perspiration in itself is odorless, it's the bacteria that grows on skin that stinks .
Wipe the area first with Listerine antiseptic .
