crying. It's like my shoulders get locked and I have to have my hubby throw them over my head to break them free. Them same is starting in both wrists. I have been on anti-inflamitories and no help. In the mornings when I wake it's like there is a numb-muscle weakness in my joints its hard to lift my coffee cup.Once I get moving and about the house the pain and weakness almost subsides. I have tested negative for MS and Lupus . The pain is so excruciating and I'm a woman and only 37 years old. What could be going on?? Anyone with similar symptoms? The doctor just tells me to take an anti-inflamatory. It seems alot worse now the weather has turned colder. I need some type of relief here.PLEASE!!

Depending whether you have hurt your shoulders and wrists in this past or wether this is just pain there are two things that could explain your symptons! One is, if you have previously hurt hose particular joints and resist moving them alot, you could have frozen shoulder, this is very painful and can take a very long time to correct by going to a physiotherapist! Another explaination is hypermobility, I suffer from this myself and it is very painful! With this, people grow up with over flexible joints, some people grow up and this causes no pain whatsoever, however the joints remain flexible, although in some patients, the hypermobile joints can slip out of place and can sometimes cause extreme pain which is very hard to releive! If you have been cleared of having a form of athritis, type these conditions into a search engine and take a look at the symptons. Then go and see the docter!

Check out your pillow, honey. If it's large, fluffy and makes your chin hit your chest, you're probably pinching a nerve in your neck. Your body should be in the same position when you sleep as when you stand. In other words, if you're proping your head up too much, you're putting pressure on the nerves in your spine. Godloveya.

take the medication, pain is terrible.... I bet you can find other 'herbs to curb your appetite. Eating is all about controlling your mind. Just meditate and reprogram your mind/body to get used to the hungry feeling when it takes the medication... and give into the feeling when you actually need to eat. OR just eat something very very slowly in conjunction with this. That way you are eating/satisfied for awhile, but not overeating.
