I do feel the need too pass wind but im finding it quite difficult. I have been to the loo today without any trouble. Could it just be trapped wind or something more serious?

Could be appendicitis. Just go hit up the doctor to get it checked out. If it is your appendix, then they'll have to slice you open and chop it out....

More information is needed first. Are you able to defecate okay? Or do you have constipation? If you are constipated that most likely will be the cause of the pain, though not necessarily. So make sure you're regular. If that's not the problem then it may be the bladder; if so it's most likely an infection. In any case, see a doctor; he can ask the proper questions and check you over, then give a more accurate diagnosis than I can.

I don't know, but I would go see a doctor. It could be something serious, but no one here can help you decide that, only a doctor can.

Do you have an urgency to pee? Do you feel sick to your stomach cramps of any kind are a way to tell us something may be wrong I advise going to the DR.

feel the area for a lump or knot. It could be a hernia.
