Well you just did . Well I have been in this type of situation b-4 so If any of you cared for the other person I would say not to tell yeah there is the whole honesty issue . Look at it this way they are not married yet , and I bet it was all a big st up to see what you guys would do . It really is a touchy subject either way there will be alot of drama . If you both discussed it and it is never gonna happen again, maybe there is a shot in hell where you can tell . BUT if your not very good at holding off on something like this then maybe you shouldn't tell . You may just end up Fuc@#!#$ up a marriage ( you may have already done that at this point) You asked to get an outsiders opinion. I'll tell you how mine ended ( it ended ) and in another situation the guy is weary of trusting me on the account of this happen . Still if you don't tell the guilt will eat at you slowly . Good luck to you and may who ever's wraith be forgivable

OUch, that's a tough one...that kind of happened to me, too, long time ago, with my then future husband's best friend...luckily, we were too drunk to have sex, but we kissed and touched...I did not tell; however, my then-later husband's best friend eventually told him - just that he lied and told him we did have sex.
Over the years, I heard about it in every big argument, but I mean, we still did get married. My now ex (after 20yrs) did not stay friends with him, though.
So, if both of you definitely can keep quiet about it (granted there are no other feelings in the way), I think you should. If either one of you feels, you can't live with it, you will have to tell. You might both lose, or if you really are honest and straight when telling, time might fix things.
Unfortunately, alcohol takes so many inhibitions away, that it will destroy a lot; however, I do believe, deep down, we all know what we are doing...all the best to you!!!

No!! Do not ever tell anyone!!! You may feel guilty but your best friend will appreciate this and so will his new wife and make sure she never ever tells him either. You will ruin his world if either one of you two tell him the truth. The reason for this is because you both care about him.
Another way to go about this... Tell his fiancee that she should allow him to fool around with your GF and tell your GF that it's ok because he is your best friend. Do a mutual swap once in awhile. It's only fair and will help alieve your guilt for the both of you.
I know alot of people don't like this answer, it's very unique. Not many people swing or have the maturity to handle this lifestyle.

Well, you didn't screw your best friends g/f, you screwed his soon to be wife, world of difference there. Logic says to tell him but honestly, you wouldn't be doing him a favor. In fact, that would probably just ease your guilt a bit and you'd probably lose your best friend and your girlfriend. I guess the best thing you can do is not tell him. More than likely, the way you and his fiancée act will probably give it away or she'll just confess. Either way, you both are screwed and not in the good way. Next time, just call a cab for any drunk friends girlfriends and save yourself the hassle.

I certainly do feel for you in the spot that you are in, however...if you were sober enough to have sex, then you BOTH were sober enough to know what you were doing.
A. You betrayed your best friend. It's good at least you recognize that.
B. She betrayed her future husband.
If you don't want to carry this baggage for the rest of your life, you have to admit to your friend what you did....you made a terrible mistake. And if she can betray him now, what more in a few years down the road?? Should your best friend really marry her? Come clean to your friend, at least he will respect you for being a man and being honest. And maybe you can save him from a mistake of marrying a woman that would have sex with her fiancees best friend... Peace

Ya, you should tell him. She slept with you when she is supposed to marry your best friend in 2 months. She obviously does not love him. She did you and she will do anyone else if she gets the chance. And do not use being drunk as excuse, because that is sooooooooooo lame. You should both just admit that you are stupid and tell everyone the truth.

If you had sex with your best friends gf, you got 2 options. Make a pact with his gf to never ever tell him cause it was only sex and it didn't mean anything more to anyone of you.
or if she think she wont be able to not tell, agree how and when to tell him and apologize as much as you can!
Crazy solution: if your gf agrees, offer your best friend to have sex with your gf. Of course only if your gf wants it. It would be fair both to you, to him and to his gf and to your gf.
