First if all it is not great that a puppy under 1 year is possibly pregnant and secondly get her to the vet that is how you know for sure!

a puppy should never be pregnant. a dog should not be bred until she is 2 years old and has been health and temperment screened. and is a good representation of the breed, and you know she's bred because you researched it and timed the breeding with a male that also has been tested and is a good rep of the breed. but sadly if you knew all of this you would not be asking this question on here. so have your dog spayed, don't be irresponsible and jepardise her health.

You take it to the vet. But, no "puppy" should EVER be pregnant. If you think that she is, and the mating occured recently, get the dog to the vet and have him perform a spay. This will terminate any pregnancy and will prevent future 'accidents'.
