i am 14 years old, 5'10" and currently weigh 130. should i weigh more? if so, how do i gain some weight? i eat like a pig but i play soccer and run track so i have a high metabolism, so it's hard.

Eat more fatty foods, not junk, just naturally fatty foods. Whole milk, plenty of breads and pastas.

According to the Marines, you are 2lbs under weight. But since you are only 14, you are perfectly normal. The fact that you have taken notice means you actually care about your body, dont stop paying attention to it...

Hi! Your 14 so your metabolism is at it's peak for sure! Check out Shape.com's web site and use their Weight Calculator. Depending on your frame, if you're a medium build, you're underweight.

Try gaining muscle mass by doing some weight training to tone and add some healthy pounds since you're doing so much cardio. Good luck and don't worry too much about it :)

Well, you are a little bit light, but if you would like to gain weight, ask a doctor on a safe way you could easily gain it. I did the same thing..

you are healthy. you eat and have an active lifestyle. you dont need to gain or lose a lb. just make sure the food you pig out on is good for you. no processed junk or soda. healthy food makes your body operate better too.

Maybe just stay how you are, if you feel comfortable about your body. Your ribs aren't sticking out or anything, are they? If not then eat healthier, not just junk food. And you never know, you might get injured and not be able to excercise. Then you'll gain weight. That's what happened to me and I can't get it off now.
