Any unusual pain in the pelvic region should be checked out. You could be feeling pain there that is coming from somewhere else called referred pain. It could be anything from minor to serious and should never be disregarded.

Depends on how long you've had it/ is it all the time/how much pain? Could be gas, pulled muscle, hernia. If it just started- give it a couple days to see what happens. Just make sure not to strain yourself more by turning differently or picking things up.

I'm a nurse. You could just be ovulating. Take some ibuprofen or Tylenol for the discomfort. If it continues or get worse see a doctor, it could then be something else.
