If you mean the forms to file, you can download them now from the IRS.GOV website. If you are asking when your refund will be mailed, if you return is processed by the IRS by Thursday, you refund will be processed the following Friday. If you e-file today, you can have your refund direct deposited Jan 26.

Tax returns are mailed out when you complete them, sign them, stick them into an envelope and bring it to the post office.
If you are asking when tax REFUNDS are mailed out, if you e-file and request direct deposit, you will get your refund in two weeks. If you mail your return and request a paper check, it can take 4-6 weeks to get your refund.

It depends on when you file. The closer to April you file the longer it takes. If you file now you should get your return by mail in 2-3 weeks.

Do you mean W-2s? They must be mailed by January 31st.
