It depends on how croked your teeth are. Most people have braces on for 2-3 years. I, on the other hand, had braces on for almost 6 years, but my teeth were VERY crooked and I had to get two teeth pulled. So, it all depends on just how crooked your teeth are and the dentist you go to.

bypass to an orthodontist, they recognize each thing there is to benefit about braces. Mine took 25 months. My sister's took 2 instruments of 12 and 24 months (totaling 36 months), and my different sister about 30 months. a number of my pals have have 8 months so it truly is always different.

It depends on your teeth I had my on for 5 years but my teeth were really bad so if your are just a little crooked maybe you will get yours off sooner.

Check with your orthodontist. I have just been told I need braces and they will need to be on for 2 years.

it shouldnt take too long. they should be straight within 6 months. but it all depends on how bad your teeth are. the majority of the time they are on they are on purely for retenation of your new smile. good luck! how long did they tell you they are on for? get some ibuprofen, tightening is going to hurt a bit :(
