I met this girl and we started to go out and now I am falling in love but my mind says" be careful you might be getting involve in a relationship that might be emotionally unstable" but my heart says "go on because you rally like her" what do I do?

Follow your heart and it will take you where you are supposed to be.
But of course if you have doubts for one thing or another, just be a little caucious. Let her prove herself to you. For instance when she says: oh i love you so much! you are the love of my life!! Don't melt right away. But when she is showing her love to you and you can really feel it, then you can give back a lot of love to her.

Listen to your head... If your conscience is trying to tell you to be careful... then be careful.. so often, especially when things "feel" good we ignore our own conscience... BAD IDEA..
My advise, go slow, no need to rush.. get a better feel for things, and see what happens.
