super rough measurement,you necessarily don't have to fall under your weight chart per say,but i think the main factor is that he/she is somewhat near it,and healthy.

118-132
128-143
Boy
128-150 is the weight range,but it also depends on what his body frame is,small?medium?large?depending on what it is,you get the idea he should be at,lets say for example he has a small frame,he should be falling under 128-134,or at least around there.

Around 100 lbs i would think is good. I'm 15, 5'2'' and 105lbs.
