There's this guy at my church and i can't figure out if he likes me! if one of my friends ask him he says no but if someone that he thinks doesnt know me he'll say yes . does he?

Yes he does. He knows your Friend will tell you if he admits it. Boy is he shy. You will obviously have to make the first move. He may even panic and say no initially. Talk to him in a friendly way to start, flirt a little and then ask him to do something with you. It doesn't matter what, anything will do. Ask his help on something. Guys love helping girls. It makes them feel strong.
