i can't install this torrent. help please!?

ok here is the problem i got a torrent for the sims 2 from here http://www.torrentspy.com/torrent/229930/The_Sims_2_PC_Game?tab=files
but can't install it. i have power ISO. can anyone help me?

After downloading the file, you will find 4 .cue files. These will allow you to burn these images onto CDs. Nero reads .cue files.
