personally i have found that eating good healthy food and excercising goes a long way to loosing weight and keeping fit.
I would try jogging or playing sports on a regular basis but if you dont like doing those bycicling is an amzing workout( I mean taking a bike ride not a stand still bike, it takes all the fun out of it).
