not know what you're doing when someone asks "what are you doing?". Because whenever i'm doing something like swinging my phone around by the string (i was bored) and then this voice in my head goes "why are you swinging your phone around?". I think it asked me that so i can get ready to know what to say if someone asks that question. I feel bad when i don't know what to say like i'll know what to say then the voice will keep asking me questions untill i don't know what to say like it'll keep asking why? why? why? then i just say "shut up i'll do what i want!!!!!!" I hate it how can i get this to stop? Is it normal when you don't know what you're doing?

I feel you need to see a therapist to discuss your problems. This may be more intense than you realize. Seriously, you can not go through life like this. By no means I'm I saying that you have a bad problem but something is bothering you. I honestly think for your own peace of mind you should give it a try if you have insurance, even if U don't have ins.( some of them will work with you on payment.) If I am right U can get some meds that help you. Good luck, I hope this helps U even if it's not what U wanted to hear.

Yes, Actually it's pretty typical and normal.

You have nothing to worry about.
I just suggestion that you have deep thoughts about how your brain works. More intelligent thoughts about how your brain actually works, and why it works a certain way.

Your already wondering why you think certain ways,
So go deeper into the subject....
Dont just step on the border, question yourself,
and your thoughts, double think things and check your self.
Be aware of your surroundings, as well as all of the infanite possibilities.

Haha...

Keep it real cutie.

The question is not if it is normal to not know why you are ding something but your inner voices response to such. Seek help. You seem to have issues with your self-confidence and your need to explain things to ..uh..yourself?....THATS not normal. Thats a tad manic...

it is very normal to hear a small voice in your head, that's your intuition asking you what you are doing. it does that so that you will stop doing it.

you probably shouldn't respond to the voices in your head... people might think you're going crazy

hey, you don't always need a reason for everything. Some things people just do absent-mindedly or out of habit, or just for fun; don't worry about it.
