Why not go outside and do something with your life other than stupid myspace or sitting front of the PC all day. I read your profile on here. Hon, you're 14, and alot in life is slapping you in the face, alot of reality. You gotta feed off that negative energy and turn it into something useful. Get up and go do something. Idle hands are evil hands. Right now, it sounds like your hands are waaaaay too idle.

I'm so sorry you are feeling like this. I know the feeling -- I describe it as trying to swim through thick pudding -- and it is absolutely exhausting.
Here are my suggestions:
1) Have a doctor check you out for physical problems. It's always possible you have a physical illness, and even if you don't a family doctor can help you figure out what's wrong and point you in the right direction for help.
2) Find help -- one of the people who has noticed how unhappy you are may be able to find that doctor, or maybe a counselor or someone to talk to. When you feel like isolating yourself is (incredibly) the most important time for you to go find someone.
3) This could all be chemical. Depression is a very real thing, and is often easily treatable by simply adjusting the chemistry in your brain. Scary as that may sound, it's often possible to work magic by taking an anti-depressant medication.
I hope you feel better soon.

I agree w/ everyone else; you are suffering from depression.
Go out & do something. Almost anything. Just sitting around in your room & waiting for change WILL NOT WORK!
For better results, get involved by volunteering in your community.
According to your profile, I think you're a little too young to be started on chemicals. But it might not hurt to talk to a counselor at school or elsewhere. EVERYONE at some time or another gets to feel overwhelmed by circumstances.
And you might 'merely' be sufferring from SAD: Seasonal Disaffective Disorder. This is caused by a lack of daylight...seriously! It is also easily cured by large doses of strong light for a couple hours per day. And the days have been getting longers since Dec 21st...havent you noticed? ;--)

Your suffering from depression....post- holiday depression most likely. Try seeking a good friend to talk to or a counselor if in school. Sometimes just talking about it helps. If not, maybe knowing that you are not alone will make you feel a little better. Just use the down time to think things through and be honest with yourself about what may be bothering you. Chat rooms are great for these type of things as well cuz you can get alot off your chest and still remain anonymous. Hope you are feeling better soon. :))

I'm a nurse. I think you could just be needing the extra rest. I you could have anemia. I would see a doctor and have a blood test. You shouldn't just lay there and not get comfort for what is going on with you. I would have some me time. From a massage, bubble bath, listening to slow music, and even writing down your feelings on paper. Start a journal I did and it helps me a lot. Try to hang in there, everything will soon get better. Your body could be telling you that something is wrong, see a doctor it will be OK.

because im no doc, im not guna label you with depression.
you say nothing has changed, could that be the reason? i got like this, i was doing the same thing day in day out and what i have learned is that we only have this life, why waste it.
what do you enjoy doing? go crazy! do something that scares you, also talk to people about your feelings, you need someone to listen. make plans so that your busy and dont have time for bed! it is best seeking medical advice, counselling could be an option, its not about judging, or giving you answers.

It's OK to not feel so good. Everybody goes through it, even the ones who seem always happy.
Please don't hide away. Do what you think you need to do to feel better, even if you don't want to.
If you need a suggestion, I suggest telling someone who won't judge you. Also, just going outside for a walk is a great way to get a little space between you and your concerns. I know it works. Please give it a try. It will pass.

I feel so bad for you............try seeing a pyschologist. I was like that before. When I saw a pyschologist I found out that I was depressed, due to not liking parts of my life. Now I'm feeling 100% better.

It's depression, and it's not a case of just being "blue," so don't allow anyone to tell you otherwise. Please go to a health official -- guidance counselor, nurse, even a social worker -- and let them begin to help you find yourself, again. The link below may help to give you some information.
Good luck, my friend.
