As said by others do it. Many many guys are very shy with girls. She will probably be as shy as you.
Go on do it she can only say go away or similar.
If you are really really shy ask her at the bus queue or somewhere similar where you can be able to be in a crowd. Its not as daunting then.

I think it would be no harm if you just go up to this girl and ask her out. The worst thing she can say is no. So go for it she may like you also. You never know unless you try. Glory favors the bold!

Life is short , when u come to old age u dont want to be thinking "if only i had of" , go for it,, be strong, if she says no it is for a reason and not meant to be.. good luck..

If you think there is a reasonable chance that she will say yes, go for it (e.g. if she is single and doesn't seem to find you annoying or anything).
