I have a very bad heart.I am such a young lady and i am 246 pounds i need to lose weight and fast.it makes me feel bad i like dont eat or anything until diner but i am still fu**in fat.and i hate it soo much.

It's all about portion control. Whenever you serve yourself only eat half of it then a few hours later finish that portion. It really does work and you wont starve yourself. You can also work out with a bad heart-actually you should work out. Get a trainer and they can show you work outs that work for you.

If you need to lose weight fast and have a bad heart you really need to talk to your doctor about this. He or she can refer you to a nutritionist who can outline a healthy diet plan and can work together with your doctor to decide on what's the best exercise for you to do.

Also, not eating until dinner can be really hard on the body and what happens when you do this is that the metabolism slows way down. The body actually thinks it's being starved and you can also end up stressing your heart more by eating that way. The most healthy way to eat is 4 or 5 small meals throughout the day. This keeps the metabolism running smoothly, keeps your energy up and isn't so hard on the body. But again, you need to talk to your doctor about this. Take care and good luck. :)

The first thing you need to do is consult a doctor about what is an appropriate diet and exercise plan for you in your health condition. The good news is that you can loose weight, the bad news is that good nutrition and regular exercise are the keys to good health forever! If you are really serious about loosing weight, know that it will take time and depending on your health and your will to do what the doctor says, you will get down to an appropriate weight for your body. With heart problems and a weight problem I would recommend you have your Dr. recommend a healthy and exercise plan for you. not eating all day until dinner can lead to weight gain. you are starved by the time dinner comes around and therefore can over indulge and eat way to many calories in one day and the body knowing it is only getting fed once a day will store everything you eat as fat. you need to learn to eat healthy and exercise but call your Dr. for a plan

first, consult with your doctor.

then go see a nutritionist. i bet he/she will tell you you're in starvation mode. you need to eat more in order to lose weight. the problem is right now your body is hanging on to everything you put in your mouth and the extra fat in your body. if you eat and drink more, your body will release some of this.

so what is usually recommended: drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. cut out processed foods. plenty of veggies and fruits. lean meats and poultry are okay. take a multi-vitamin.

you should eat out of a small saucer. you should also eat enuff till the hunger pangs subside not until your full. this way your stomach will shrink. i did this for 1 year and i can't eat a full plate of food now.
