Another Ritz cracker. They battled for dominance. Neither knew which was fulfilling the cracker role and which was the topping.

BBQ'd rattlesnake and Palm-heart !! Back in 1985 during Navy Aircrew Candidate survival training at Eglin AFB in Florida...

One of the instructors was showing us the local things we could catch and eat... then the smart-@ss pulled out a tube of Ritz and said "Everything tastes Better on a Ritz!"

I've also had fresh, raw albacore on a Ritz while sailing.

Try a fried oyster with some tartar sauce. Put the sauce on the cracker to hold the oyster in place. Believe it or not these are really good !!!

You know, I always eat them plain. Or with a small bit of whatever cheese is in the house. That's about it.
