I've had an 2006 and now I have an 07.
2007 has AWD, navigation, sirius satellite, rear spoiler and iPod port. I like the 07 a lot better. There are always downsides to getting a car the first year it is in production. There were little quirks in my 06 that are not in my 07.

There is only one difference between the 06 fusion and the 07 and that is the 07 has an awd option. go to fordvehicles.com for all the information you could want on the fusion's.

Probably not much - the pedigree is good.... based on Mazda 6, so either should be pretty good vehicles.
