Hi
I've got a Canon Ixus 400 digital camera and every time I put in the memory card (ScanDisk 123mb) and switch on the camera it says "Memory Card Error".
Also, when I plug the camera straight into the computer the computer says there isn't a recognised memory card...any help much appreciated :]

Insert the card into your computer
right click on the drive
select format
Once the card if formatted place it back into the camera and see if it works, if this does not work you will need to replace the card because it is falty

Did you tell the camera to format the card? Try formatting again?

The card is bad
you need to get a new one
it happens sometimes.
also, get a different brand of card next time
