I wake up in the morning and I cant even get out of bed even if I go to bed at 9pm! I have to wake up at 5 every day except weekends, so I need something that will give me lots of energy. Drinking an energy drink those days is actually pretty expensive, and I was thinking about energy powder or something. I go wakeboarding and skateboarding alot and I find myself physically tired of skateboarding within 1 hour of skating.

I like chocolate or candy bars, like Snicker's, Twix. Or try nuts, like walnuts, peanuts, or the best is almonds. Try keeping a cup of cereal around in case of hunger emergencies. I also find that cereal bars with chocolate give lots of energy.

Energy drinks can have a lot of sugar and caffeine in them so I'd skip those. Make sure that you eat something for breakfast, even if it's something small because this jump starts a person's metabolism and gets the body out of it's resting stage. The best way to keep energy up during the day is to drink plenty of water. A lot of time when people feel run down it's because they're getting dehydrated. Also make sure that you're eating a well balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, protein and whole grains.

While all these are great suggestions, I think you needs to make sure you're not getting TOO much sleep or something else isn't wrong. Sleeping 9 to 5 should give you enough rest to feel restored. Eat balanced all day, get lots of fluids in so you aren't dehydrated (can also present as tired) and give yourself mental downtime. But check in with your doctor to make sure your iron levels are okay, your thyroid levels as well as many B vitamin levels, all of which can present with extreme fatigue

i do not know, but i drink a few maybe two of those vitamin flavored waters, for about $1.50 there are a few brands, and i fly
As to whatelse to use, i do not know, but i would stay away from all those vitamin packs and ginseng, once in awhile, but not all the time, check out some people who know, and cool sites on the computer
