No one can really help you with this besides yourself. The only thing i can think of is try to become friends with guys first. Once you become friends with them, and find out how they tick, then you can try to become more than friends with them...get my drift?

Maybe because there is no such thing as a "boyz"
Anyways, try to make friends with them more. Date guys more an be close to them. In time your shyness might go away a bit. To fix over-all shyness. More friends help alot!
Talking in public infront of many people will get rid of most of your shyness.

Before you can become comfortable with guys you need to be comfortable with yourself. Do you like who you are and how you look? If not than that's why you probably feel self-consiouse and shy around guys b/c of your own low self-esteem. Build that up though and it'll get easier to talk to them.

OK try to picture them as one of your girls so that you act like yourself, don't be tooo quiet, just relax take a deep breath and bring up a subject that you know a lot about so that its easy for you to have a conversation ........ this is what i do

well i am just like u i was but then me and my friend werer at my chrushes house and ahe spilled a little of the sectret that i like him and i kept saying forget about but he said no tell me and i told him and e have been together for 6 months on the 28 so just be yourself around guys and you will find ur self a nice guy

OMG!!! ME TOO!!!
but later i found out that if you just imagine them as one of your male friends....then start a conversation would be easy! Because they are probably as nerve as you...so don't worry about it...just chill...
Also remember that show your confident!
guys like girls who are confident and smart!
remember always keep a smile on...but if that guy is a jerk...then just walk away looks like you saw your friends or something.
