Puppies pee very frequently. I had to take my pug out every hour when he was a puppy and he still had accidents in the house! But now hes good for about 4 hours and hes good for 8 or 9 hours at night. And they learn as they get older that they dont need to guzzle so much water.

they are peeing every 2 hours because you let him drink until he's sick. restrict the water consumption. call your vet and tell them about your problem. based on the breed and size of the pup your vet can tell you how much water your pup should be consuming. and if there's a medical reason for the problem then you will know if you need to take your pup in to be seen before another set of vaccines is due.

you first may want to take the little fella to the vet first off but it also has an age factor..... a puppy has a very small bladder so the frequent urination is normal unless they have a kidney or bladder infection. they also get very thirsty very fast all because the more they move around the heavire they feel to themselves .... you can start by monitoring the amount your pup drinks and if they need to drink more frequently then try giving them carnations milk i raised my pup and its a wonderful source of vitamins and nutrients for them. good luck on your future little guy!

how old is this pup? if he is young, peeing every two hours is completely normal. puppies have small bladders. if he is drinking until he gets sick, it might be best to limit his water a little. watch him when he is drinking and if you think he is going overboard, pick up the bowl and let him take a breather.

Please do not let your dog drink that much. It will cause bloat and 9 times out of 10 you have to put the dog to sleep. It's when their bladder flips. Literally! Just give him a little bit of water at a time.
