NO. ( Darn, I agreed with Siervocal?!)
Loretta - Hon, I don't know what History book you've been reading, but you need to stop. The United States of America consists of 50 states and one federal district, the District of Columbia.
The United States also holds several other territories. Palmyra Atoll is the United States' only incorporated territory; but it is unorganized and uninhabited. The United States Minor Outlying Islands consist of uninhabited islands and atolls in the Pacific and Caribbean Sea. In addition, since 1898, the United States Navy has held an extensive naval base at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba.
In addition to the actual states and territories of the United States, there are also nations which are "associated states" of the U.S. The Federated States of Micronesia (since 1986), the Marshall Islands (since 1986), and Palau (since 1994) are associated with the United States under what is known as the Compact of Free Association, giving the states international sovereignty and ultimate control over their territory. However, the governments of those areas have agreed to allow the United States to provide defense and financial assistance.
Our "territories" are:
American Samoa
Guam
Northern Marianas Islands
Puerto Rico
U.S. Virgin Islands

Hell ya. If anyone has ever tried to win north America playing risk you would know that in order to take control you have to have Mexico. It's vital. While your at it, you may as well try and get Canada too. Then we really can dominate. Risk is just like real life. Ha Ha.

Annexing Mexico would do several things. It would eliminate cartels, reduce crime rates, promote industry, establish tourism passport free, decrease Mexican migration North and increase American migration into Mexico, and most industries revamp the oil industry to provide us with lower gas prices.

Maybe Mexicans should work as hard at fixing their own country up and demanding better rights and working conditions inside of Mexico itself as they do in sneaking into America. Maybe then their homeland would be worth staying in. They come to America and demad rights, why dont they do that in Mexico?

Yeah. Let's get over the technicality of the US/Mexico border - obviously no one follows that law anyways. Let's give the Mexican people what they want, and allow them to be legal - and enjoy all of the benefits that we do as American citizens. You know, paying taxes, following the laws, no deals on things, etc.

It's far too large for a single state, but you're on the right track. I like the way you think. Keep it up.
