Kelly Kelly had a crotch shot on TV uncensored. Great Khali defeated Tommy Dreamer. Test came out and hit Lashley with a chair, DQing RVD and ruining his chances at the ECW world title.

Well, I don't know what you mean by ECW, that company went out of business in 2001. But on WWECW, CM Punk's undefeated streak was ruined by having him lose to Hardcore Holly.
