None of the above. Go as is. If you are self-conscious (and don't need to be about losing your hair) then shave it off and go completely bald if you feel like you want to have some choice in the matter.
I wouldn't even consider a toupee or comb over.

My husband has found himself in the same predicament in the last year. He just keeps it short. I use a #1 guard on the clippers to cut it. He shaved it smooth, and I HATED it! Of course, it depends on the shape of your head, too. A comb-over and toupee will just be made fun of. Believe me - even if you think it's the best thing in the world, people will be laughing at you behind your back.

Well Papa like yourself I have not been blessed with the hair from my youth. I started shaving my head about 5 years ago and not only do the women love it but dam I do now also. Like so many others believe Bald is indeed Beautiful.

Comb over : dumb looking...like no one will notice........yea right
Shaved : I think shaved is more bald
Toupee: if it is a real good quality and you keep it maintained
