Do you think that anyone will be making fun of Bible verses when they see great geographic calamities happening around them? The worldwide flood (Noahic flood) occurred in 4990 B.C. Wouldn't it be interesting if the world ended in 2011?

The Universe? There is no Biblical text that supports your delusion. Even if you take the Book of Revelations to be a factual account of the end of the WORLD, there's still no evidence to suggest God will destroy the UNIVERSE with fire.

Besides, Revelations says his Angels will do it for him. No point in him doing all the dirty work, is there?

The Rapture is an untenable delusion of a cult obsessed with death and the End of the World. No serious Christian would be as obsessed about the Rapture as some of you fundies. You give Christians a bad name.

Forget about 2011 , if He came back today nobody would believe what He would have to say. I feel sure He would say , wow, I can't believe it took 2007 years for Our Father to find one who believed.
You guys sure have been misled.Over the ages My teachings have been twisted completely backwards.Father said that He would not destroy that which He has created. Some people have you thinking that there is an end time! That has been taught so you would just sit around and wait for Me to come back and make things right.Wrong!
Now you have to do it all over again, again , until somebody gets it right. One by one until you get it done.History will repeat itself unless someone gets it right. The first time I was here I was as a Lamb as written in the book. This time a lot of people are not going to like me, I Cometh on a White Horse bringing the things that are written in the manuscript. As it is written so shall it be done .I come to turn fairy tales into reality for those who have deceived My children.
Peace Be Unto You.

Only if he actually exists - of course.

The flood did not happen in 4990 BC, it was actually a time of great achievements such as agriculture and metal working.

How interesting will the end of the world be? You think we will all sit around having philosophical discussions?

Anyway, where did you get 2011 from? That's a totally screwball interpretation of a Mayan coincidence.

I believe the answer to your first question is a very firm "NO!!!". To the second question, most people will probably be shouting things like, "Oh SH*T!!!" or something even more verbally profound and emotional at that time. Third, I have no idea. Have you personally read ALL of Revelations in the Bible yet? Many things, according to that book, have to happen as well as to take place. And so far, they haven't happened just quite yet. But hey, it could happen, you never know!!!!

No, I don't think there will be any more mockers when He returns. In fact, the Bible predicted the existence of mockers in the end-times.
"There will come mockers, walking after their own lusts, who will say, 'Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they have from the beginning."

I think these people are due for a rude awakening.

No! no one will mock or care to take a humorous pop at God at that time. The joke will be on them. ALso I am hoping God sends angels with picks and slams every Canadian and whoever, the same way they slam the seals. I want to them to know what it feels like.

I don't think that anyone will be mocking God. I'm sure there will be lots of profanity and uncontrollable urination and deification out of fear and then shortly after that Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess Jesus Christ is Lord.

Why must religious souls use threats of damnation to acheive the results of power they wish for so badly? How do you know you wouldn't be included as one of those supposive mockers by using God's will in a manner that justifies your own personal opinions?

Just like in the end of C.S. Lewis's book series "the Lion Witch and wardrobe", people will still try to mock God.
Don't worry to much about it.

Unfortunatly I think that there will still be people that love them selves more than the Lord. When the Lord Jesus comes I hope all will profess Christ is King!
