I'm not sure about the verse but there is one in the New testament the says "let the little children come to me" when Jesus was teaching and his disciples were trying to keep the children from climbing in His lap.

Probably:Matthew 19:14
But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
I wonder why they are getting Baptized? Are they old enough to know right from wrong? It is sacrament of the believer and should be a conscience decision not a will of the Parent.
If they are young you should dedicate them to the Church as that is your right as a parent.
Not nagging you, but trying to help.

Every firstborn son in Egypt will die, from the firstborn son of Pharaoh, who sits on the throne, to the firstborn son of the slave girl, who is at her hand mill, and all the firstborn of the cattle as well. There will be loud wailing throughout Egypt—worse than there has ever been or ever will be again. (Exodus 11:5-6)
