i want to convert a hard ice cream van to a soft ice cream can i do this and how also what cost

Raise it to about 3000 Celcius and it should go soft.
Costs about £1 worth of petrol.

its easy.. warm the ice cream up.. or just simply take it out of the freezer and leave it in a warm room..it wont cost you a penny
