If they can't help you, I would try www.breeders.net.
I got my pug from a referrel from somewhere I met from this site.

When we were looking for a new puppy we called the American kennel club. There are often offices in most large cities. You can often call your vet and he can also direct you to someone. Try www.americankennelclub.com You can click on the breed button and choose who you wish to contact. Good luck
