you should really take your dog to the vet. they will tell you what to do about cleaning it up and give you antibiotics to make sure it doesn't get infected.

If the puncture wounds are deep, I would strongly recommend that your dog be seen by a vet as he/she needs medical treatment and most probably antibiotics to avoid infection.

Clean with mild soap and water then put noesporin ointment on the superficial cuts. Deep cuts and punctures need a vets attention.

Yes. Any deep wounds you shouldn't try to fix yourself. if you're cleaning it, don't use peroxide, as that can help cause an abcess. take damp paper towels and hold them over the wound to stop the bleeding. The vet will best be able to clean it and stitch it up if neccary. Do not wait to go to the vet, call right now and let them know you will be coming so they can prepare and be ready for you when you arrive.

If the punctures are deep, then you need to get it to the vet. ASAP, because there is big possibility of getting an infection. I hope they both have their Rabies Shots.

Dog bites contain Pasteurella multocida in about 25% of cases, other Pasteurella species in up to 25% of cases, as well as mixed anaerobes and Staphylococcus aureus
You should take your dog to the vet so that they can flush out the wound, determine the severity of it, and prescribe antibiotics. Hopefully your dogs have been vaccinated and have not passed on anything truly serious to the other dog.

I would take her to the vet. It might need stitches or special bandages to keep the dog from licking (and furthur injuring) the wound.
