I have had a pain in my lower back (not muscle related) for about 3 weeks. It feels more like internal and is mostly on both the right and left lower back but has kind of moved to the middle.

Check how you are sleeping, should't be on your side. How are you sitting? Not slouching to the left side?

Psychologically, it means your worrying about money, are you? Get someone to massage your back. Here's a great exercise: Lay on your back, legs out straight, bend one knee up and fold it over to opposite side for 10 seconds. Do that to each side 3 times. It stretches the muscle. It really works.

You could have a swollen disc. I had the same symptoms you are describing. I went to my chiropractor because I couldn't walk. She took x-rays and discovered my L5 disc was swollen. You could even feel and see it when I bent over. You may want to see your MD or a chiropractor before it gets worse. I hope you feel better soon!

See a chiropractor. Mis-alignment of the vertebrae will cause back pain.
