The Bible does not say this. The time line in the bible is from when Adam was cast out of the garden. This 6000-7000 years does not account for how many years it took for the creation to end, and for Adam to finally eat the forbidden fruit. Also, it does not take into account the age of the "matter unorganized" that God used to create the Earth. So, the Bible is not crap according to your accusation. The Bible and Science are on the same page on this one, and you can take that to the bank. (see my answer to your question that was asked before this one)

Not crap. It is a collection of ancient middle eastern tales and legends, not a science manual.
Another book says that Peter Pan never ages and flies at night. It's not possible but it's a nice fairy tale, not crap you see ?

science Cant prove otherwise. *most of science is crap** and yes the world Can be 7000 yrs old...carbon dating only works Part of the time, science has even proven that a mouse dead a few weeks dated thousands of years old. it only works if the thing has never been wet (but with Noah's flood EVERYTHING has been wet:)

It just proves that at the time the bible was written, science hadn't advanced as far as it has now, and stories were made up to explain how the world came into being. Nowadays we know different.

Where is your scienctific proof?
Their are scientist today that say the Earth is much younger then expected. Besides if humans have been around 6k years, that doesnt imply the world is that old.

Even anti-God scientists have to admit that their way of scientificaly judging the age of thing(carbon dating) is not valid past 20k years.
All of their theories are based on conjecture and opinion......like any other religious or belief system other than the word of God.
