the manchester wheel, outside selfridges (and whilst you're there, there's some good places to eat and shop)

nightclubs: celebrities are spotted in: tigertiger, paparazzi (both the printworks) babygrand

there's the museum at the university of manchester, and some good architecture around the town hall area

and if you're really stuck, theres a HUGE triangular shaped building near the wheel that gives out tourist info, you can't miss it, its big and turquoise
