Try using stick deodorant on your legs after you wax. Don't know why it works, but it does.

You need to exfoliate better before you wax a good home made and gentle one is olive oil and sugar. Rub it gently on the areas you want to wax then take a nice long warm shower to open the pores and then dry off, add a touch of powder to your skin so the the wax adheres better and that should do it. I recommend exfoliating a few times before you wax to really get that dead skin off of your body and open the pores really well. Good luck it really does work, I do it.

1. You must be careful not to burn yourself. I have heard lots of stories of this happening.
2. If the hair is not coming off, it may be that you are pulling up rather than pulling vertically. I made this mistake on my first few tries.
3. Pain? It was not half as bad as I expected. It stings for a second and then it stops. Actually it is a lot easier than I imagined. My only mistake was pulling the strips off incorrectly.

try using baby powder first. Then the wax will stick to the hair and not to your skin. It works on my eyebrows.. hopefully it will work on your legs.

Immediately after waxing, apply lotion. I use Dove Sensitive Essentials lotion intended for the face; it works great.
