Photoshop CS has a merging plugin that will do it automatically for you.It is called "photomerge" and all you do is select the images and crop the final image.

you will find it under File/Automate/Photomerge.

I have used it many times for skyline shots... it works!

I have and use Photoshop. If you have your panorama pictures blended then all you have left to do is to square off the top and bottom. In Photoshop all I would do is put a rectangle outline around it and crop it. You should be able to do something similar with your software. Photoshop makes a rather inexpensive software called Photoshop elements that does all this really well.

If you have a program for your computer that came with your camera, you should be able to piece it together on your computer. Check your user manuel.
