I am in an open relationship and it has worked for us for 10 yrs.now..we are both happy and get along so well.So I have a boyfriend on the side and he is so jealous and does not agree at all with this lifestyle and I feel smothered by him. I want to pursue both relationships butI dont want to hurt anybody.Should I tell the boyfriend if he cannot live that way ..leave..?I want him to be happy but I am also willing to fulfill all his fantasies if he just plays along.

Unforuntately he doesn't realize what a good deal he has. It is his own insecurities and possesiveness that are coming into play. He doesn't appear to suit your needs and should be let go. There are men on every street corner who would love to have the deal that he does. Choose your "playmates" as you would your mates......Don't settle for less than you deserve!!!

Have you ever been on JERRY SPRINGER??? Here is your chance to make a few bucks!! Apparently LOVE can not even be mentioned in this conversation. Are you sure your real partner is happy or just gong along cause they don't want to loose you? POOR GUY OR GIRL! How could any one live like that? I just don't understand that..................Is this a 10 yr boyfriend also? Or do you just get a new one every so often? You will have to decide eventually when it's time to go the the big upstairs or downstairs which ever the case may be. I'd rather go upstairs myself! You know what I'm talking about!!!!!!!!!!! You are being self destructive and doing so much damage & don't even know it! You know weather you are straight or gay or what ever, you can't live like that, GOD I just don't get it.............
THIS IS JUST NOT HEALTHY FOR ANYBODY INVOLVED!!!

First, I personally don't understand how two people can have an open relationship like that. Regardless, if you are not willing to commit to the boyfriend, you have to drop him, not everyone is programed to handle that sort of situation. You should have been honest with him in the begining.

one thing you should know, u can never build a relationship based on "fun"....a relationship needs hard work, sweat , blood and tears in order for it to work...anyhow if u r still enjoying the way ur life is, free with no strings attached..then don't mix urself with people who don't understand how the game's played.
"gud luck to u"

sounds like a relationship based purely on sex, that never works out. although fun while it lasts.

Fulfill his fantasies first and then let him go. At least give him that.
